I really want to book a party but don’t know where to start?
No problem at all, at EDGE we can help you as much or as little as you want at no extra cost! We have thrown so many parties and have contacts for almost everything so don’t panic, planning a party is really easy at EDGE!

What event’s are restricted at EDGE?
The only event’s we do not host are under 18’s, holy communion’s and promoter related events.

Can I choose to cater myself?
Yes you can, we will even provide catering tables for you!
(Catering tables must be covered)

Can I bring my own DJ?
Yes you can however DJ must bring all own equipment including sound P.A. lighting & DJ Stand/console. We do not have extra furniture to provide for the DJ so please make sure they are aware.

Can I decorate the room?
Yes you can! The only things we don’t allow is table confetti, party poppers or glitter. You also get 1 hour free time before your party starts to put things up. (Free time is 1 hour before the start of function, if you require additional time then a fee of £10 per every hour will apply)

Are there any hidden costs?
NO! Once your party is booked you will be sent an agreement form outlining everything so you know everything. Before your function starts.

Can Children Attend Private Events?
Yes children are allowed to attend private events as long as they are supervised by their parent’s at all times.

Is there disabled access at EDGE?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our building we do not have wheelchair access to the building.

Can I come and visit EDGE?
Absolutely! We have a variety of times available for viewings and a chat. We are always available on Monday & Wednesday daytimes between 10.30am-2.30pm and on Friday’s & Saturdays from 5.45pm-6,15pm. It’s always best to ring ahead on 01642 604 471 and book an appointment.

What do I need to do to book a function at EDGE?
Go to our booking and contact section of our website and fill in all the details. A member of our team will be in contact with you within 24 hours.
